Our PU foam injection system provides extra cooling space by reducing insulation thickness due to highest attainable thermal insulation value. The highest energy efficiency without thermal leaks is thereby guaranteed through 100% filling capacity.
A major operational flexibility by insulating any given design within minutes, independent of the substrates and shape and sizes used is one of the important benefits of the injection system.
Our system meets international regulations on F-Gases and CO2 emission. There’s an important advantage in ease-of-use and cost saving because of its fast and single operator manufacturing. A safer working environment is guaranteed by an emission-free and interference-free operation.
